Leyeco 2 just very recently experienced the proliferations of kWhr meters being stolen by unscrupulous individuals. It  already received 7 reports of stolen kWhr meters from ita member consumers. It has yet to determine the motive of those behind the incidents as the said meters do no have parts whick junk shops would considered with value. Posters to forewarn our member consumers had already been disseminated for them to be vigilant. We seek the help of all of our Barangay Tanods to immediately report to the office any suspected individuals resorting to this type of pilferage. This act of undermining the cooperative is still covered under the R.A. 7832. An act penalizing those stealing electricity and its electrical materials therein attached.
